General terms and conditions for engaging of our services, for all images, whether they be digital or printed formats, whether purchased online for retail customers from the T L Media Limited website or directly.

INTRODUCTION
All of the descriptions of the goods and services within the website https://tlmedia.online are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We correct all errors as soon as we are aware of them. All video footage or still images taken or provided to clients, or to any third party, in any format including, but not exclusively, digital and printed formats on the website of T L media Limited, namely tlmedia.online, remain the property of T L Media Limited (the copyright owner) post purchase by any client or third party.

 

COPYRIGHT
No rights are conferred through the purchase or use of either a digital image, video, film, sound or by any printed images.

Clients of T L Media Limited and third parties must NOT copy or modify any such video, film, sound or images in any manner.

As a user of our website, as a client, or any other third party, you hereby allow all videographers, sound engineers or photographers to display or use any video, film, sound or photograph covered by these terms and conditions and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample
albums etc… unless the videographer, sound engineer or photographer is notified in writing of any restrictions by our client.

 

RETENTION OF IMAGES AND FOOTAGE
We only retain a;; images and footage for a period of 6 months. if you need us to keep original RAW images or any footage for a period longer than this, you will need to notify us in writing. If we retain any images or footage, original or edited, longer than 6 months, you will be required to pay an ongoing payment of a minimum of £150.00 a year. However, this may be increased if the data size is considered to be excessive. we will notify you of the complete charge in writing when you make a request of us.

 

ORIGINAL IMAGES AND FOOTAGE 
We do NOT, under any circumstances, provide any client with original unedited RAW images or any original footage that is shot. Our clients receive edited images and footage as outlined in these terms and conditions and as agreed with a client and as outlined within our bespoke proposals.

 

DELIVERY ON ORDERS
All digital images that have been ordered will become downloadable once payment has been accepted and cleared.

Videos will be provided via a cloud website or via a web transfer service.

For the delivery of printed orders, we use Royal Mail Special delivery and ‘International Signed For’ services

 

RETURNS ON ORDERS
The Colour settings and the type of your computer monitor that you use to view images or video, have an influence on the perception of how your completed product should look.

You should be aware that images and video viewed in the majority of web browsers are not colour accurate and that images and videos may look different. There is also a variation between different paper types. If precise colours are important for you, you should contact us for more information before placing any order as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return of any videos or images.

Due to the bespoke status of all images, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge.

We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email should we have any questions about your image prior to printing.

 

DAMAGED GOODS
It is the responsibility of the customer to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit with any products provided.

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to us. It is essential that you contact us within the 24 hours, so that we can claim relevant compensation from the courier company on your behalf and reprint any damaged products for you.
